Assign displays listed in All Displays or Search to Display Folders

Currently, the displays can only be moved between Folders if they are viewed via the Display Folder hierarchy (see Move displays into folders).

We would also like the ability to select and move/assign displays to Display Folders when they are listed in the pre-existing display groupings (e.g. All Displays, Favorites, My Displays, Recent) or in the Search display results.
