Provide a scaling option to set a value for either min or max while having the other as automatic based on plotted value range.

This was useful and available in ProcessBook but not supported in PIVision. Trends can be quite messy to read and potentially misleading without this feature especially with many tags plotted and some having very small scales etc. There is a workaround to create a zero tag and always include in the trends but this doesn't work with multiple scale trends.
