Accumulated Batch Amount on terminal screen

Implementing a system to display the accumulated barrel count for the current batch would significantly enhance operational efficiency in the field. While this capability may not be universally necessary across all terminals, it is particularly critical at Patoka, where technicians currently have no way to determine the accumulated barrel count without physically going into the field. Access to this information would enable technicians to more accurately estimate batch end times for tasks requiring this knowledge.

This improvement would be especially beneficial for technicians traveling from other locations, sometimes hours away, by allowing them to plan and coordinate their work more effectively. Additionally, incorporating an estimated batch end timer—similar to the one accessible to the CCO—could serve as a valuable alternative or complement to the barrel count feature.

Integrating these enhancements into the terminal overview screens would streamline workflows, optimize production, and support a more efficient operational process.

While other PI Vision screens may display this information, searching through multiple screens is time-consuming and inefficient. Consolidating the necessary information into a single, easily accessible location will ensure improved efficiency and productivity.
