Improve ability to search for batch-based Event Frames

Batch users need a search option that's specific to batch-based Event Frames. Customers should be able to natively search by BatchID, Product, Procedure, and Recipe, so long as their Event Frames are based on the default Batch-based Event Frame Templates (PIBatch, Procedure, etc.).

    There are a few default attributes for the standard batch-based Event Frame Templates: BatchID, Product, Procedure, Recipe, etc. Are there other key attributes that should be included in a batch-specific Event Frame search?

    User interface to search/utilize Event Frames is not intuitive. Select template, category is not easy to work with. BatchView search had a better look and feel, was simpler to use
