Update PI Manual Logger Web to work with iOS

The later versions of iOS (iPads and iPhones) seem to be incompatible with the most recent versions of PI Manual Logger Web. iOS apparently has a normal function that clears app cache. This includes EDGE browser cache, which is heavily used (and required by our company) for all browser apps. Since PIML can use a lot of cache, these cache folders will get deleted first during this process. We have lost several tours-worth of data and cannot use the corporate iPads that were purchased for this use.

PIML can likely (and hopefully) be updated to prevent the deletion of the cache, as PIML data relies on this to store data until pushed to PI DA.
