Allow administrators to select a subset of their permissions while interacting with vision

When configuring data access permissions in PI, it is difficult to test whether you've "gotten it right" using an account with admin permissions because the admin account usually has access to everything.

I have worked with other systems where users can view a list of identities/groups that they belong to, and checkboxes to enable/disable them for the current session. The user can then interact with the site with a subset of their permissions by deselecting some of their group/identity memberships.

While this is primarily for administrators wanting to "see what their users will see", it also benefits users who might wear two hats and want to only see data for one role at a time.
