Support for Non-Uniform Memory Access nodes and multiple worker processes

PI Vision only supports being configured to use 1 worker process (as documented in PI Vision application pools and service account). However, it is possible in IIS Manager to configure the application pool to use multiple worker processors by setting the Maximum Worker Process to >1 or to 0 to enable the use of Non-Uniform Memory Access (NUMA) hardware which can improve the application's performance by auto-scaling the number of worker processes onto dedicated NUMA nodes.

Currently, attempting to use more than one worker process can result in requests from individual sessions being distributed across multiple worker processes that results in undesirable behaviour in PI Vision (e.g. PI Vision switches asset context automatically in PI Vision, Images do not display when Max Worker Processes parameter is increased)
