Remove arbitrary distinctions between AF points and PI points

Currently, Expressions like TimeGE which require two time contexts to evaluate only work with PI points, and not AF points.


This restriction is arbitrary and does not appear to be documented anywhere. Unless documented, this should be regarded as a bug and fixed.
