Vision - AIM login page to fully disable Windows AD login, and only allow OIDC

Currently, with Vision + AIM OIDC, during AIM login when accessing the Vision, we can still enter Windows AD credential and successfully login to Vision provided there's an OIDC mapping for the Windows AD credential
This can be very confusing for users when the Vision is configured for FULL OIDC access only. Removing the password field and allow only OIDC login would help to eliminate this confusion
