Improve Tag search in Pi Vision Merged

Users are asking to be able to search by a combination of tag name and descriptor , much like the old Pi Proicessbook search box. They would also like to search by point type and engineering units. Currently the number of search items returned is too many and we need a way to filter out the tags we do want. For example, anything labelled as TI-2* returns every tag that fits that criteria regardless of what vessel it is on, but that is over 1000 tags. If the user could combine the tag name with the vessel it is associated with (descriptor) then this would reduce the returned tag count considerably.

This feature request is very critical to our uptake of Pi Vision.
