Set the scale range to database limits with URL parameters

Allowing us to set the scale range to database limits using a URL parameter would be helpful to us whenever we share an adhoc display. Most of our tags have limits in our database that are more useful to reference than the auto limits. Currently we send each other adhoc display URLs and have to manually modify the limits every time we do so.

The ad hoc URL parameters should accept the scale range setting, the same way it already accepts 'MultipleScale'. Alternatively, there could be an admin or user setting that makes Database the default scale range for new and ad hoc trends.
