More configuration options with multiple Value symbols selected Merged

Currently, when multiple Value symbols are selected, the only format options available in the Configure Symbol dialogue are Font Size and Text Alignment (see image). All other options should be available such as color options, number format, and visibility so that all selected symbols can be standardized to a particular format.
