Make popup trend show value and traits on the same scale

If I double-click on a multistate symbol, I get an ad-hoc display showing the value and all it's thresholds. This is great except that the trend is multi-scale, which makes the threshold lines useless. If an ad-hoc trend is showing a values and its limits, they should all share the same scale (and possibly be differentiated by line-style or colour intensity instead of colour hue)

    In PI Vision 2019, we have added the ability to change the scale settings in the popup trend so that you can choose single scale or multiple scales, or set custom scale values.
