Support PI OPC UA Server-Redundancy for Server-Level failover

Currently we are exporting data to a third party via data chain PI DA Collectives -> PI OPC DA Server -> Cogent OPC UA Wrapper -> APIS OPC UA Client on Third party side.

This configuration is redundant, but the Cogent OPC UA wrapper does not offer any Server Redundancy and therefore there is manual failover initiated from the third party side whenever there is a short data outage. The data are sensitive and any short downtime sparks an alarm.

We hoped with AVEVA PI OPC UA Server we can replace the obsolete PI OPC DA server and remove the Cogent OPC UA wrapper, but also could have a benefit of the server redundancy. There is no mention of the word failover in the manual and we found out in the RedudancySupport object state 0 (None) which was confirmed.

Please consider implementing the server level failover for OPC UA Clients that supports it in order to maintain limited downtimes for critical data.
