    Allow bi-temporal data archiving

    How to fix errors that prevent users from creating new PI Points, other than restarting the services.

    Occasionally an error that prevent users from creating new PI Points occurs. In this case, I would like you to prepare other error resolution methods, because restarting the services will make the PI system temporarily unavailable.
