Allow Time Zone to be selected for PI Vision Calculations

Currently the calculations are done with respect to the server time zone. We need this to be able to make the calculations in other time zones without having to change the entire Display time zone.

Average calculation not working through Pi Vision Calculation editor

Time-based average (eg. 15min average) calculation not working through Pi Vision Calculation editor. Presently while using Avg('tag'), the result is only the instantaneous value at the end of 15 minutes, and not the average over 15 minutes.
