Allow Search Root of Vision Collection to be Asset Relative

The Search Root for a Vision Collection is a static Asset. My suggestion is that the Search Root should accept an Element Template. In this way, the Collection can respond to switching of the display asset context.

Ability to set custom time frames

The creator for the display should be able to set their own time frames outside of the ones already presented in each display (1h, 8h, 1d, 1w, 1mo). EX. Display creator can set the quick limits to 8h, 1d, 1w, 1mo, 3mo

Display Vision server name

In kiosk mode the PI Vision server is not shown since it's in the hidden URL. When there are multiple Vision servers, it would be helpful to know which one is being used so patching and reboots don't disrupt the displays.

Add the ability for the display editor to remembers a users color palate preference between screens.

When modifying a display, it would be helpful if the configuration pane would remember custom color selections to save time.
