Users having edit access to a display should also be able to delete the display.

In addition to the owner of a display, it would be good if users who have write access to the display, can also delete it. This will help in faster display management.

Migrate away from polling (diff for data request)

Polling is inefficient and adds unnecessary load to the servers. PI Vision should use the more efficient PubSub model with websockets to improve performance and reduce load on the servers.
