Lock object to display as background

When creating an object and then place an element on top it tends to move the underlaying object, if the underlaying object could be locked to the display this would help to set the new elements at the right place.

Add style sheets/page templates

Provide support for style sheets  - so authors can create multiple displays based on common templates - fonts, colors, images such as corporate masthead and common menu bar with their navigation links.

Better Data Hub API time zone support

AVEVA Data Hub APIs need to provide better support for viewing data in different time zones / my local timezone. We should be able to encode UTC UTC+13 when making queries to the system.

Color scheme for color blind
