    Configure PI to CONNECT Transfer Configuration via CSV or other file import

    In addition to building the transfer list via searching a data archive, it would also be good to allow the user to reference a file (e.g. CSV) that has a list of points to transfer.

    Add a parameter for the Adapter to increase the Keep-Alive wait time
