Re-importing a schema from a file should not clear out all fields.

Currently, the PI Integrator for Business Analytics UI clears all fields each time a schema file is imported. I would like to be able to make edits to an existing imported schema without needing to edit each schema property/attribute.

Add Indexes to SQL targets for better performance

The Integrator continually performs SELECT statements on the target table, which can take an extremely long time as the table continues to grow. Indexes are needed on the table created by the Integrator in order to keep performance acceptable.
