Be able to reorder components

As an AVEVA Adapter gets used more, some components might need to be added or deleted, which can leave the component list in a suboptimal order. Please allow the components to be reordered, ideally by clicking and dragging for the most frictionles...

Do not have data entry where only 1 choice is allowed (e.g. component type when adding a new component)

In the AVEVA Adapter Configuration Utility, when you try to add a new component to an AVEVA Adapter, you get a dropdown menu for the component type. However, there is only 1 choice: the AVEVA Adapter component type. The only required instance of t...

For PI Points created by AVEVA Adapters, use the point class "base" instead of "classic" if the PI Point does not use "classic"-specific PI Point attributes

When an AVEVA Adapter creates a new PI Point, it always uses the point class "classic", even if none of the attributes that are specific to this point class are ever used. Instead, AVEVA Adapters should create PI Points using the point class "base...

Allow different naming for Parent and Child Event Frames

Allow a different naming pattern for the child event frames. End result would have the long, uniquely named EFs in the Parent EF as usual, but the Child EFs could have a simplified name, like the level of an alarm that is pulled from an attribute ...

late notification

At times I have event frames that generate late for various reasons that trigger a notification. Since it was late we have no need to get the notification. I would like a way to not have a notification trigger if it is late.

Make the "Manage Secrets" window resizable

This should allow users to make the "Description" and "Value" columns wider and see their full values without having to make other columns narrower.

Be able to save, name, and easily reuse query strings for data discoveries

Currently, the query string of a data discovery is part of the data discovery, and once a data discovery is run, it cannot be rerun since part what identifies a discovery is the time at which it ran. This is not a flaw, but rather a part of the de...

Be able to delete a discovery from the "⋮" menu in the "Discovery Details" pane

Under a component, click on "Data Selection", then on the "Data Discovery" tab, and then on a discovery. This brings up the "Discovery Details" pane, and the "⋮" icon in the top right corner is greyed out and cannot be interacted with. However, it...
