Change Time Range Defaults

Add custom time range defaults. Shifts at my organization are 12 hours, I would like to allow my users to be able to select 12 hours without having to type in the timestamps manually.  (As opposed to or in addition to 1h, 8h, 1d etc.)

Adjustable Header Sizing at display sessions page in Pivision 2024

In the new Pivision 2024 admin page, display sessions. The header needs a sizing tool because I am unable to see the username if it exceeds the predefined size.

"Close case" option for all cases

I would like to be able to request to close a case regardless of its current status. Currently there is a button available if the case is in "Answered" status, and I can post or e-mail on the case to let them know to close it otherwise.
