Make any Coresight object a link

Make any Coresight object a link. Rather than only be able to navigate using buttons, it would be nice for style/intuitive use to be able to make a text label a link, or a rectangle/circle/etc.

Support writing SYSTEM digital states when a bad status is received by PI Adapter for OPC UA

Currently if PI Adapter for OPC UA received a status other than "Good" for an event, it will not write the data to its endpoint. PI Adapter for OPC UA should be able to write a SYSTEM digital state that indicates the status it received.

RtReports Editor - Generate a New Template Version

RtReports Editor allows the generation of a new version of a template from a version different from the current one, and no warnings appear. This was the root cause for a serious issue. A warning message would be very usefull.
