Add support for an English-GB (Great Britain) Language in PIML Web

In most English-speaking countries, dates are formatted with the day coming first, and the month coming second. It would be nice if there was an English-Great Britain language option in PIML Web so that dates could be rendered in this format.

Imported Processbook ad-hoc trends should have x-axis

When you create an Ad-hoc trend from a Processbook display, there needs to be axis labels to show start and end times to help if graphical interpretation. The behavior is inconsistent with ad-hoc trends created from native Vision displays
