Provide admins statistics on how long it takes to open displays

Timings for display load should be able to be tracked and broken down to time spent on: -client -application server (data retrieval, etc) -database Note: This was previously Enhancement 106537.

PI to Connect (formerly Pi to OCS) agent needs to be collective aware

The PI to Connect agent is not collective aware. Instead, only a single archive can be mapped to the agent. Please allow the PI to Connect agent to utilize collectives. This increases the system's overall resiliency.

Email errors to administrator

Provide a way to quickly email an administrator an error message seen on a display. Message should include the context of the issue (corresponding display, symbol, data item, etc).

Allow rotating and scaling groups of symbols

Allow rotating groups of symbols! Once you've grouped symbols, I'd like to be able to rotate them as a group and to scale or enlarge them as a group as well, similar to how you can rotate and scale grouped drawing objects in Microsoft Office.
