Allow third party users to be associated with multiple companies without needing unique emails

Many of our systems integrator partners serve large portfolios of customers. If an engineer from a system integrator company wants access to their 30 customers portals, they must create 30 individual unique email addresses and manage 30 different SSO accounts. Can we utilize a different unique identifier outside of an email address?

Same here, with 8 SSO accounts, to have to create 8 separate e-mail aliases just for OSIsoft support is a ridiculous situation to require of integrators and partners.

This is a royal pain for any consulting firm or for individuals that support numerous OSI clients. I myself have at least a dozen and only have email addresses with about 3 of those clients.

Absolutely dreadful retrograde move. A cynic might think OSISoft is deliberately setting out to make life hard for firms who support multiple customers so as to get the support work itself.

The current setup is painful for both customers and partners. This reflects poorly on OSIsoft and needs to be addressed immediately to at least allow customers to add email addresses/user ids of partners with signed teaming agreements to handle cases on their behalf.

This is definitely a backwards move. Please correct this ASAP! This makes managing multiple clients a pain.

The suggestion is spot-on. This affects even those people that do not work for a partner company (i.e. non-partner PI consultants). I analyzed the issue of multiple accounts in my blog post below: https://pisquare.osisoft.com/s/Blog-Detail/a8r1I000000Gvk4QAC/multiple-osisoft-sso-accountsan-identity-crisis That blog post also has some great discussion in the comments!

We're able to change the email address that is associated with our OSIsoft accounts here: https://login.osisoft.com/updateprofile.aspx. As a workaround, I wonder if a consultant could currently change the email address on their OSIsoft account to one that belongs to the client company, even if it's not their email address, just for the sake of getting the client company associated with their account, and then the consultant can change their email address back to whichever one they normally use so then all emails from OSIsoft, no matter for what company, go to the same email address. Does this workaround actually work? If not, where does it fail? Of course, the workaround is no substitute for Bryan Klosiewicz's suggestion.
