Allow content to be edited

In the old PI Square, you could edit anything that you post: questions, discussions, blog posts, comments, etc. In the new PI Square, nothing is editable. Everything must be done right the first time. Please make stuff editable. This is especially important for blog posts, which are usually longer and more detailed and therefore more likely to contain errors, and they are meant to be informative for a wide audience for years to come, so it is important to correct any errors.

Not sure about blog posts, but you can edit (non-migrated) comments / answers by clicking the top right arrow.

I can't edit my answers/replies either. I can edit blog posts. If I can find them somehow.

At the time that I posted my suggestion, I didn't realize that there was a difference between migrated and non-migrated blog posts, so I didn't do any testing on non-migrated blog posts at the time, and I didn't want to create a test post, but that's exactly what I ended up doing. As it turns out, I can edit non-migrated blog posts, but I cannot edit migrated blog posts. However, I can't figure out how to delete any blog post, migrated or not. Christoph, I'm just curious: did you do your testing on a test blog post or a serious blog post? If the latter, I'd love to read it! You share lots of great answers on PI Square.

It was a test blog post that I posted with the target audience "internal" as I didn't want to have it appear on the front page anywhere cluttering everything up. Turns out I can't find it afterwards either. As long as I have the screen open from when first posting it, I can access it there. Also can't delete a blog post, only archive it. I have vague plans for a blog series called "(Ab)using the PI System for fun and profit." First one would probably be "(Ab)using Units of Measurements for extracting Bits from Words."

Sounds interesting. I look forward to it. Here is the suggestion for being able to delete blog posts: https://feedback.osisoft.com/forums/920320-customer-portal-pi-square/suggestions/42351178-allow-blog-posts-to-be-deleted
