Add to performance counter status of notifications rules that are with errors (deleted or renamed analysis )

Today, if any analysis that is used in a claim rule is deleted or renamed, the status of the notifications is still "successful" or "good" but an error remains because the trigger is still using an analysis that was removed or renamed.

There is no option to know automatically know if we are facing notifications with this type of error.
