Provide alternative navigation link in events table

The Event frame drilldown can be useful but in many cases we would prefer to link directly to a pi vision screen for the primary elements for each event. It would be great if we could set up a link like can be done for most other objects in vision to another pi vision dashboard and set the event's element as asset context, with the event frame timeline auto-populated. This would allow for more flexibility than the current event trending to meet the specific use case needs.
