In Collection Criteria, add time context to Asset Type selection

The Asset Attribute filter in the Collection Criteria is only applied to the end time of the display. It would be very helpful to be able to have the option to apply the criteria to the time range of the display. For example, I have a display with a collection of trend symbols for assets that have an alarm state. There are events that affect multiple assets. And the collection is configured to only show the assets in alarm. Without this filter, it would not be possible to compare the assets affected by the alarm because the collection returns more assets than can fit in a display window. However, if the time range of the display includes an alarm event, but the end time of the display is past the end of the event, then the collection returns nothing. If the Asset Type configuration included an option to apply the filter to the time range of the display, then the Collection would return event data if the time range of the display included the alarm event.
