Change order of columns in tables in config pane

Change order of columns in data/asset tables in the configuration pane. The order can currently be changed by clicking and dragging on column headers, but it would be more consistent with the rest of the application if column order could be set in the configuration pane by moving columns up or down in a list.

Columns in both table types can be reordered by dragging them with the mouse (or a finger on a touch device).

John is absolutely correct that columns can be re-ordered by a drag/drop method.  However, it took me a surprisingly long time to actually discover that functionality, as it is rather inconsistent with the overall design of other Vision settings.  Both types of table have a section in the settings panel on the right where columns can be enabled.  I think it would make a lot of sense to have this same list of columns also control the order in which they appear in the table, just like exists for Rows in regular data tables.
