    Option to turn off the auto-upgrade feature of PI Cloud Connect

    As a system administrator, I would prefer to turn off the auto-upgrade feature of the PI Connect service and manually upgrade as needed.

    Add possibility to Configure purge time/output path/REST channel authentication in the admin/ui webpage without GlobalConfig.ps1

    It's more complex and not the safest way to change the PurgeTime and OutputPath parameters with GlobalConfig.ps1 by specifing password in command line. It would be better if this option would be availble for UFL admin on the admin/ui webinterface....
