Export data from the Display Sessions to a PI Point through an interface or performance counter

The Display sessions are very useful for daily monitoring. But having the option that allows us to save the data from this utility to a PI Point or attribute for later analysis would be useful for monitoring purposes

Ability to change Case type: TechSupport vs NOC

Change Time Range Defaults

Add custom time range defaults. Shifts at my organization are 12 hours, I would like to allow my users to be able to select 12 hours without having to type in the timestamps manually.  (As opposed to or in addition to 1h, 8h, 1d etc.)
