    Event Gantt: Better Displaying of Deep Events

    For events with lots of children, do not show each child event on their own row on the Gantt Chart because it takes up a lot of vertical space for Events that have lots of children. Instead only go to a new row if the events overlap in time.

    "Close case" option for all cases

    I would like to be able to request to close a case regardless of its current status. Currently there is a button available if the case is in "Answered" status, and I can post or e-mail on the case to let them know to close it otherwise.
