    Allow configuration of data update rate on a per display basis

    As a display creator or PI Vision administrator, I would like to be able to set the tag and/or Event Frame update rate on a display-by-display basis.

    PI EMDVB Interface should not use the STARTUP.dat to determine recovery start time when configured in Failover and running in RealTime mode.

    Undelete PI tags

    Move Trend Cursor with arrow keys (keyboard)

    At the moment it is just possible to move a trend curser with the mouse. But hitting a certain point in a trend would be much easier by moving the trend course with the arrow keys of the keyboard.
