Use months and years with ParseTime function

ParseTime (Tag-based PE function) it does not support weeks, months or years. It will be helpful to use months and years with ParseTime function not only days.

Add possibility to Configure purge time/output path/REST channel authentication in the admin/ui webpage without GlobalConfig.ps1

It's more complex and not the safest way to change the PurgeTime and OutputPath parameters with GlobalConfig.ps1 by specifing password in command line. It would be better if this option would be availble for UFL admin on the admin/ui webinterface....
