    I’d like to see the ability to dump all tags from an interface, see their current value, and see the time stamp currently limited to 1000.

    Support Future Data PI Points

    PI System is being used to host forecast data and the customer wants to bring this into CONNECT data services, do centralized analytics, and bring back the results into PI.

    Ability to change Case type: TechSupport vs NOC

    Ability to change the Case type. Sometimes the case created is not under the right category. Customer should be able to change that field to locate the case in the right group: TechSupport or NOC.

    Option to remove/edit template prefix

    Option to not capture value for event frames generation

    As an engineer I need the option to not capture values for event frames generation so that if I have out-of-order events, I don't have to recapture the values. Note: This was previously Enhancement 114349.
