Do not bundle PI Adapters with EDS

Reduce the footprint of EDS by not bundling adapters with EDS but instead have them be a separate installation so only the desired adapters end up being installed on the device. It will also allow easier for a clearer process when an adapter needs to be independently upgraded

    Thank you for the feedback. We made the decision to bundle Adapter for OPC UA and Adapter for Modbus TCP in Edge Data Store as a way to give our users an easy way to get started with collecting data from two highly-used protocols while using our new product. While the adapters are made available with Edge Data Store, they are not enabled by default and users can opt in or out of enabling the adapter components on Edge Data Store on installation. As our Adapter and Edge Data Store products mature and we get more feedback from our users on how they'd like to use our products, we will take this feedback into consideration.
