"Close case" option for all cases

I would like to be able to request to close a case regardless of its current status. Currently there is a button available if the case is in "Answered" status, and I can post or e-mail on the case to let them know to close it otherwise.

Allow administrators to remove systems from the PI Cloud Connect portal that are no longer in use

As an administrator, if I were to move my PI Cloud Connect nodes to new machines, I would like the ability to clean up my tenant portal by removing old system names that are still present.

I cannot use my Office365 account to activate my PI Cloud Connect account, because it is a compliance issue in my company to use any other account but the Office365 account to activate this.

Send automatic e-mail notification about error status of data transfer

Problems as: - PI Cloud Connect node cannot connect to PI Data Archive, - Account/Password has been expired (service not running properly), - Publications not sending data, and so on. Would be reported to administrators automaticky.
