PI OPC UA Connector Array support

Add reading capability for OPC UA Arrays. Currently items with “ValueRank“ = 1 are ignored.

Support HTTP Token Authentication to a REST Endpoint

OPC UA - Add Option to not browse item before creating a monitored item

Need an option in Tag only Mode to force connector to create a monitored item without browsing item. Some OPC servers require creating a monitored item BEFORE the item can be browsed.

Ability for PI Connectors to create future data point
