Enable PI Web API to utilize failover with a partner

In using a PI-MQTT Adapter, they can be joined in failover. And then adding to the data stream PI Web API, it does not support failover currently. Which leads to one node in the stream that does not have a failover partner.

ICU startup on high latency networks

On high latency networks, it can take ICU many minutes to start because every interface on the PI Data Archive is checked. Minimize startup time by caching a node's registered interfaces.

PI EMDVB Interface should not use the STARTUP.dat to determine recovery start time when configured in Failover and running in RealTime mode.

Currently when the PI Interface for Emerson DeltaV Batch (EMDVB) is configured for failover and running in RealTime mode, the interface will use a recovery start time (RST) based on the last time the interface was active. This results in the inter...

Allow restarting on a data source basis instead of having to restart the connector

Example 1 - OPC If a new connection needs to be made to one OPC Server, restarting the connector forces all data sources (and potentially connections to multiple OPC Servers) to be restarted. Example 2 - UFL If my web service is down and I do not...

Remote PI ICU

Regardless of where interface info are stored (PI Module DB or AF), it would be useful to have a remote client tool allowing administrator users to configure interfaces  like they do with tags and AF objects. Today when you have to change con...

Control which PI/AF servers each data source sends data to.

Right now, for one instance of the connector, all configured data sources will send data to all configured PI Data Archives and PI AF Servers. It is all or nothing. Due to the fact that you cannot have multiple instances of the same connector on a...
