When someone posts to my case (as opposed to sending an e-mail response), I would like to opt in to receiving an e-mail notification so that I do not miss any updates.

Ability to quickly add "Filter Expression" on adhoc

Will it be possible to improve the AdHoc capabilities to allow adding the "Filter Expression" instead of trying to create a calculated value in PI Vision and then dragging into a trend and finally saving the trend?

Digital Trends default scaling can't be customized range

Normal on and off for 1 and 0 values but due to overlap in trending, I set the range slightly higher for each component to allow better visibility on the timeline trends. This was allowed on Processbook but PI Vision doesn't allow it.

Ability to change Case type: TechSupport vs NOC
