PI Vision upgrade script should have a success message

PI Vision upgrade script (go.bat) should be able to identify the database version before verifying if legacy table exists. And there should be a success message.

Hide zoom buttons URL Parameter

In some scenarios we display PI Vision displays and expect no interaction with them. On video walls for example. Please provide a URL parameter to hide the zoom in, zoom out and fit all buttons. They sometimes obscure information behind them.

improve display of table lookups in pi vision

Currently PI Vision suffers from serious performance problems when displaying more than a handful of table lookups on a single page. What is the point in having table lookups in AF if we can't effectively visualize them in PI Vision?

Allow to modify a read-only display if I am the owner

As a owner of a display, i would like to be able to modify it even if it is marked as read-only. Actually, I need to go on the main page, uncheck the read-only, edit the display, save it, and back to the home page again to modifiy to read-only again
