Display the "common" product names in addition to the version numbers in Known Issues

It's difficult to know at a glance what version is affected by looking only at the long product number. It would be good to also list the product name; for example, list 2023 SP1 Patch 1 in addition to 3.9.1.0 for fixes in this version of PI Vision.

Better way of managing many users with many sites

I have many users and many sites. It's impractical to select each site and manually add one user at a time. I'd like to see a general screen where I can drag and drop multiple users into multiple sites quickly.

Include the article title in the web page title

Currently, the title of the web page of any KB article is "Knowledge". Anyone that bookmarks the link needs to rename the bookmark to include the title of the article. Please save the user some time and have the article title in the web page title...

"Close case" option for all cases

I would like to be able to request to close a case regardless of its current status. Currently there is a button available if the case is in "Answered" status, and I can post or e-mail on the case to let them know to close it otherwise.

Software download window needs redesigned

The window to download software does not work well. I struggle to even reach the check box for license agreement and the button to start the download. I don't know if it scaling or what, but it was almost unusable.
